I am having exactly the same issue, also with an order for a 2600MM Pro. It has been stuck in “processing” for the last 2 weeks, with no answer from the Contact Us web form and info@zwoptical. The order number is 80331. I can understand delays if the article is not available, no problem with that but not the lack of response to polite queries. It is the third time I have ordered directly from ZWO. The order from the AM3 went flawlessly, the pre order for the AM5 took months to be fulfilled (it was at the peek of the pandemic) but in this case ZWO always answered my queries in a timely manner. I don’t understand what is going on now.
