Can you please fix whatever you changed. There’s way to really monitor what my 3 telescopes are doing when I can not keep a connection. HELP, and soon please!

When manually entering coordinates and syncing with the mount there is a difference in the longitude but that only happens with zwo mounts. I never had this problem with my SA GTI, it began after I changed it for an AM3. The longitude on the mount always end up being 54” instead of 55”.

Another bug after updating. When I Move the am5N to point the zenith to take flats (manually using the pad) then the goto home position from the Asiair app doesn't work. It takes three or four attempt or even to switch off an on again to work and go to home.

There is an issue with device lock feature: when you set pin with less than 6 digits, its impossible to unlock you asiair! Unlock screen requires 6 digits to input, so for example 5 digit, valid password, results „enter password” message. Looks like major flaw.

M_H Hi. The password lock needs to consist of 6 digits, and the initial password is 000000. If you forget the set password, you can press and hold the RESET button, and the password lock will be reset to 000000.

A nice upgrade for autofocus feature can be, instead of setting to perform AF after a certain time or temperature difference, why don't implement a feature that analyze the stars size (like the feature already present) and perform the AF when the size increase of a specific value? Thanks

Hi. I have the ASI2600MC Air on a Celestron AVX mount. Before the firmware update, it functioned well, no issues tracking, etc. After the firmware update the ASI2600MC Air has trouble rotating / moving the mount. Example, when polar alignment after the first plate solve and the mount rotates 60 degrees, the mount will slow/almost stop during the middle of the rotation for about 10 seconds then resume at normal speed to the 2nd position. ASI PA returns an error stating the mount stopped and I need to PA again. It does this regardless of what I do (start the PA from center position, start from 45 degrees to the right or left, etc..). I have checked all of my cables and the mount is connected in the ASI air. Nothing changed on my mount, no software / firmware updates/changes. This needs to be fixed as that mount is now useless with any ZWO ASI controlled equipment.

As a final comment, this camera/ASI combo works fine on my AM3 mount.

I have a strange issue with plate solving with V2.3. I am shooting in the Large Magellanic Cloud and plate solving fails with multiple targets in this region. This does not happen in other regions of the sky. I have not had this problem before.

Hello. Having significant issues with my asiair plus. I've had the unit for only a month, having used it roughly 6 times.

Mount: sky Watcher eqm35 pro
Main camera: Canon 90d
Scope: Canon f4 300mm prime

I live in Australia, previously there was a red letter box which said 'South' in the bottom right corner. That is now gone, and the when attempting PA, I believe my mount thought it was now in the northern hemisphere as it kept telling me to to decrease altitude by 90 degrees (point into the dirt) my GPS and other coordinates were correct. l uninstalled everything, reset everything. It sat for a week.

Tonight, that red letter box with 'South' is still gone. When attempting PA, it has now reversed my azimuth adjustments, and half the time it won't acknowledge my adjustments. This is a new problem.

Additionally, when performing PA with my Canon, every other exposure now fails. I have my camera connected via USB. Wifi/Bluetooth off.

Do you have any recommendations? Things seem to be getting worse. Before last week this setup had performed flawlessly.

Hello, have you checked on the mount settings page that your position and time are correct?

Please check the following settings to ensure the ASIAIR can control your DSLR successfully.

Mode: Manual Mode (M)
Drive Mode: Single Shooting
Shutter: Blub
Image Quality: Uncompressed RAW （Only）
Focus Mode: Manual Focus (MF)

If you do not use the shutter cable, you need to turn off [exp with shutter cable] in the app
Users of Sony cameras do not need to perform this step.

PMTeam@ZWO - I have used the ASIAir plus for over a year with no issues at all. Wonderful product.....until the recent firmware update. Since the last firmware update, with everything else working fine and no change in my setup and pre-imaging routine, the following issues have come up and I am confident it is due to firmware:

twice my scope has slewed the wrong direction (once into the ground and one directly to my house) when slewing after an accurate and successful PA
on crystal clear nights my guiding has either stopped every couple of minutes or drifted off course after 30 minutes or so
not been able to slew to the accurate coordinates after a successful PA
3 nights of imaging IC 434, each night it slewed to different coordinates and the 3 nights do not align
on 2 occasions tracking completely stopped after meridian flip.
on 1 occasion Dec tracking stopped after about an hour. I restarted calibration/tracking and had to do it several times for it to work properly.
one occasion RA tracking stopped (not sure what time)

Again, no change in any gear or anything for that matter....only the update.

Can you provide a timeframe as to when there will be a fix to this firmware? I am not the only one in our local astronomy club that has had similar issues since the firmware update.

aaronlinderbaum Hello. Regarding the GOTO error, I have the following suggestions:
1) Check if your position and time information are correct on the mount settings page;
2) Take a picture in preview mode, click solve and Sync in the toolbar;
3) GOTO your target to see if it is correct
4) If GOTO is still incorrect, we recommend that you try to make the mount go home, then try GOTO
5) If none of the above works, send us the error log first, then restart ASIAIR to see if GOTO is correct after restart
Regarding tracking being turned off and guiding, you can send us the log after the problem occurs. We need the log to further check the cause. Thank you.
