Thank you a lot reacting quickly to the CAA issue.
For me the link between cooling and anti dew is still broken. Meaning the anti dew feature ist not enabled when the Camera cools. Tried this with Asi2600mc and Asi2400mc.

Stephan

thank you for the prompt much needed update!.
also could you consider that the plate solve needs to be done after the CAA rotation is complete? or do one more plate solve after CAA rotation is finished.
reason being that as you know there's small backlash on CAA which is couple degrees, if we don't double check the FOV angle after CAA rotation is finished, it will be off by couple degrees if CAA rotate pass the gravity line.
this might not be a huge issue with no filter wheel, but it's with the weight of filter wheel I think to add another plate solve checked up after rotation is complete is necessary to achieve precise angle,
good work ZWO!

Hello. Please check if the two configurations mentioned in the following image are turned on.
Location: Main Camera - Advanced Settings
astrodaddypear Thank you for your suggestion. I will give it to our development team for consideration.
PMTeam@ZWO
Yes, they both are turned on and I raised a ticket on that a while ago.
It started when 2.3 came out if I remember correctly.
I wonder if no one else experience rhis issue
Edit:
The issue persists when starting the ASIair,
But when I disconnect the Camera and reconnect per Software Switch, the anti dew turns on.
Sonixx Hello. Have you manually turned off the cooler or anti-dew? Can you give more details on the operation? Thank you.
I have a big problem. Even though the guiding is perfect, the stars are shifted and duplicated.
Do you think this beta version can fix it?
The Autocool and auto Dewheater features are switched on.
When the ASIair finished booting and I connect, the cooling starts automatically.
When I check the Camera tab, the dew heater is off.
When I disconnect the camera now with the software switch in the Camera tab and connect again with the software switch, cooling and the dewheater switch on as normal.
I observe this behaviour since 2.3. before it was fine.
Is it fixed that my anti dew in camera isn't turning on automatically despite me having this option on?
The problem with the Asi 220mm Mini Guidecam that the driver in the Asiair has a wrong Offset or whatever and the picture is milky white.
In my ticket they told me that the driver will be adjusted within the next Asiair update.
CAA 180⁰ Mode works fine! Thank you for that fast fixing!
Sonixx Seems like we have the same issue.

Hello. If the problem can be reproduced, please send us the error log after the problem occurs, thank you. We will find the cause and fix this problem.
The issue is reproducible as it always occurs.
To sen you the right log, will it be sufficient to just turn the ASIAIR on and without doing anything else proceeding to bug report?
Ok, tested more. Here ist the strange thing.
Is my 290 mini Camera connected as guide Camera, the the Anti Dew does not automatically turn on.
Is the 290 mini not connected, then the Antidew turns on with the main camera cooler.
Ticket is raised BT20250312379155A. This is the second Ticket I raise because of this issue.

Hello. We downloaded version 2.3 and have not yet reproduced this problem. We have seen the feedback about this problem in the comments section and we want to solve this problem.
If it is convenient for you, please record a video to show us how you operated when the problem occurred. Upload the error log immediately after discovering the problem. We recommend that you use 2400 and 2600 cameras for testing.
You can send the video to me by email at: luffy.liu@zwoptical.com. Thank you in advance for your help.
Thanks for coming back to this issue.
I will try and record a video tomorrow.
However the bug report I send was immediately after startup. Because the error occurs on ASIAIR Startup. Most likely the log is empty because of this.
Sonixx Thanks for your help. Based on your video, we have reproduced the problem. We will find the cause and try to fix it.
As i open a Thread here some other People join that thread and we all hsve the same issue. The screen / background is not black. And someone said that this is a offset issue - but i dont know.
I tryed with the support all and on use with a PC and PHD or AsiSudio - no Problem with the Asi220mm mini. Perfect black background with nice stars. And the ticket support told me that the native driver for the 220mm will be optimized in the next Asiair update.
What exactly is going on - i dont know but i think that this can only be a driver problem, so yes - i think its the offset

In my case simply antidew on main camera doesn’t turn on when I run Asiair.
I never changed any offset or anything like that.
