. I think I received a defective unit. My 2600MC air refuses to guide.
When I start guiding, the RA and Dec both jump in opposite directions and never come back to midline, So guiding never initiates. Attached is a picture of a typical guiding session.
I have tried:
-multiple different scopes
- multiple mounts (am5, Eq6R pro, Juwei 17)
- multiple guiding cables
- I have tried adjusting the guiding settings. multiple times.
- I have ensured there is good coverage in the imaging circle.
It is now past when I can return my camera to agena astro (I am just past the 30 day window)
Any suggestions, solutions?
If not, how can I send this in for repair or replacement?
