I have no problem following the tutorial. The Seestar s50 connects to my wifi network. Seestar shows as one of the devices on my FIOS wifi network. When I enter the IP address in the Windows Explorer address bar, nothing happens.
PHKs50 Turn on the Wi-Fi on your computer, manually connect to Seestar's Wi-Fi, and then enter \10.0.0.1.

When I manually connect my pc to Seestar's wifi and then enter \10.0.0.1. in the address bar of Explorer I get:
Windows can't find '\10.0.0.1.'. Check the spelling and try again.
When I enter \10.0.0.1. in the address bar of Explorer, my computer asks for my network credentials. What do I enter?
Thanks, Philip
I hope this is a typo \10.0.0.1. It should be \\10.0.0.1. With a double backslash.

PHKs50 Use the "guest" account. That works. Then it asks which folder you'd like to mount. I don't know the exact folder name but it's the folder the starts with a capital E. (EWCF Folder?? Not sure)
PHKs50 You just need to connect your computer to Seestar WiFi and enter \10.0.0.1, provided that you connect your computer and Seestar's station mode to the same home network.
I thought the correct configuration is for my iPhone to be connected to the SeeStar via the SeeStar Wifi and I use the Station Mode to connect my SeeStar to my home wifi network which is simultaneously connected to my PC. If I connect my PC to the SeeStar WiFi then won't my PC not be able to communicate on my home network?
Are you referring to the Guest Account on the SeeStar Wifi or the Guest Account on my PC?
PHKs50 Yes, but you can disconnect after the file transfer is completed, or use broadband.
PHKs50 When transferring files via WiFi, the computer will ask for a certain identity to enter.
