Many thanks for all of your work on version 2. 4 Beta, for which I like the opening interface and star atlas presentation (and on the night detailing with graphs), although a bit long winded to GoTo. Now the package automatically opens my CAA and EFW at switch on, and the additional data for the CAA, EFW and EAF is good, but I will still have to trial it to comment further.
My setup is all ZWO with Asi2600mc Air, CAA, EAF, EFW (5x2") on a Sky-Watcher wave 100i, Askar 71f with 0.8 reducer andcM54 throughout, all on a Zwo TC40 tripod and tri pillar.
My first problem is with the Guiding interface where the stars are initially showing on the screen, then they disappear from the screen, hence cannot see any stars (thus can no longer manually choose a guide star), just see the Asi background picture, which means that Asi has chosen its own object/star and is guiding, but not always the best star for guiding and I am unable to choose a more accurate star???
Second problem was that the GoTo home position function no longer works, tried determining if this is some error between the mount and Asiair, but cannot find anything to address. The GoTo home position is important on the Sky-Watcher Wave 100i Strainwave mount as the RA cannot be positioned manually.
Third problem was seen on first trial last night with 12 x 300 sec subs and it kept stopping the count "not sure how or why" and seemed to all freeze at times, had to pause the imaging and press commence imaging again to wake up the system???
