Connectivity problems with ASI 2600 MC Duo

I did submit a ticket and was told to download a beta software. I did and the problem persists. I reported back the problem was not resolved and have not gotten a response in over a week

Since reporting this, as mentioned above, I used new cables, a separate 5A power supply, and confirmed that the problem occurs with both the ASIAIR Pro and Plus, although the error logs I uploaded only show the Pro. Other notes are:

When I connect the guide and main camera, I have to be careful to not enable either camera until I have selected both cameras in the ASIAIR.
When both cameras are enabled, I get an image failure error for both the guide and main camera. If I disconnect the guide camera I can successfully get images with the main camera.

Hi, I got a problem.
My 2600MM starts, the usb2.0 ports works, but is not recognized by AsiAir nor AsiStudio nor PC nor Mac

Yesterday, start working again. I finished my session, and today I plugged it again to check if it was still working, but nope. I went down again.

Could be something with asiair and the massive failures of the firmware?

AlejoNavarro if the camera does not work on ASIStudio as well, it won't be the bug on ASIAIR.
Does the camera power LED light on when you connect the USB cable and 12V power?

Yesterday was recognized again with a brand new cable, but sometimes goes away, so I have to plug it again, and works
