Are you using the new or old plate solve algorithm? We have the following suggestions: 1. Have you changed the equipment? Is the focal length normal? 2. You can try the new plate solve algorithm to see if the plate solve speed becomes faster. 3. Can you send us your FITS image so that our technicians can analyze the reason why it cannot be plate solved? Thank you!
Val Next any interaction with the histogram causes red, blue and green dots to go crazy everywhere, even though none of them show up in the single frames in live stacking mode but if i download a stacked pic during the session it shows up in my photo album the same red green blue dots.
Do the red, green, and blue dots refer to noise? Is your camera cooling turned on? Have you selected the calibration data of flat field, dark field, and bias field? If it is convenient, please attach a screenshot of your problem so that we can better understand what problem you are encountering.
Val like i run 1min subs for an hour or more and come back there's only 6 pics in the file then seems at random another frame will post this also never happened with the version i was using previous to 2.2.
Do you mean that if you set the stacking time to one hour and the exposure time to 1 minute, only about 6 photos will be effectively stacked? What camera and ASIAIR model are you using?
