dsallette before you start looping, the instructions show up on screen. Press the start looping button, then either hit the start guiding button to use multistar, or select a star manually by tapping on it and THEN hit start guiding for single star. So basically it can no longer automatically choose a star for single star guiding, you have to select it manually if you want single star now.

Agree with this FITs header issue. I have had to use an Editor to remove the training decimal point displayed in IMAGEW and IMAGEH on all my images.

So far I've no news from ZWO.

Next version of wcslib will be fixed, but it would be better to have a correct header.

One question: by placing my finger on the tablet screen I could move an object in the center of the field (a green circle with "GO" appeared), now this function has disappeared for some time ... There have been some changes with recent updates ? How can I restore this function?

Just recently added the Aire Pro to my 6SE. My intended use is EAA. I have successfully connected the 183MC camera and power control, etc work fine. However when I try to connect the telescope I am unable to establish a connection. I have the latest versions of HC, MC and Arie firmware and have done a three star align. I connect the miniUSB after the alignment is complete and power up the Aire. Does the Aire work with Celestron SE telescopes in Alt-Az mode or do I need and equatorial wedge and setup in EQ mode? From reading many, many online forums, it is not clear that the is a reliable way to establish the connection to the NextStar+ HC. Am I missing something?

StarBrowser I got the same problem. The only fastest way to get the connection works is either change your mount or get a starsense version of HC. Below is my thread about this problem.

Could you please write the central alt-az values to the FITS header files. These are required by various processing software such as Pixinsight's new, amazing Normalisedscalegradient script:

Names should be:

"OBJCTALT" or "CENTALT" or "ALTITUDE"
and
"OBJCTAZ" or "CENTAZ" or "AZIMUTH"

Noommuk AAP works with my old NexStar 6se mount. It has the RS232 on the HC rather than USB, so guessing its the USB port that is the issue. Not sure if the old HC will work on newer mounts that came with the USB version, but if it does, that could be a possible workaround as well.

I had similar issue, do you have the latest firmware installed in your hand controller?

I think there may be an easier way to fix locking on hot pixels, as I imagine there would be a lot of work involved in bringing us the ability to use dark frames on the guiding camera...

Would it be possible for you to increase the minimum size required for star identification? Hot pixels are exactly that; a single pixel, so it shouldn't be too difficult to filter them out based on size. A true star will always be larger than a hot pixel.

Hi,

I have the newest release, but “plate solving” will not raun using iPad and 120 mini. What could I do?
The goto is not exact. The object always is out of center. Having moved the object to the FOV , how could I tell this correction to Asiair?

When I use ASIair pro to get a planetary image with my ASI224MC, I get yellowish colors. But if I use a laptop with firecapture, I get very nice and realistic colors (I tried it while filming landscape during daytime). Why is that so? The problem is clearly not the camera since the colors are perfects using a laptop. Is it possible to change some debayering settings to get better colors? Anyone else having this issue?

Also, It would be nice in the next update to be able to see the date and time of the picture directly in the ASIair pro app when we go through the files on the usb key because now we only see the file name and when you have a lot of them it's hard to figure out.

I love my ASIair Pro's. Have (2) of them and brag about how easy they are to use with my EAF and ZWO guide scopes. You made polar aligning, guiding, controling my previous mount, and focusing my telescope so simple and easy! Just bought the newest CEM40 and GEM45, with the usb2.0 being on the back of the RA and right under the DEC, only to find out that we have to jimmy-rig the AAP to work with the mounts through the use of a USB hub and by selecting the cem120 in app. Even this appears to result in the system being unstable in some cases. Are there plans for an update for a direct connection through Firmware or a new ASIair with updated software? I am only asking because many of us bought these mounts due to weight, so we can travel to dark sites. It is very frustrating to drive hours to a dark site, get set up, and we can't use our guide scopes or control the mount. Thank you ZWO team for your help and support for the astro community!

Here are two log files from my most recent session where the ASIAIR reported that the LX85 mount was no longer connected to the ASIAIR.

I'm looking forward to using the capabilities of the ASIAIR Pro, but like many others, can't get it to work with my CGX mount. I hope this gets debugged soon.
