Let me provide more information. When I first start up the unit everything seems to work fine. The camera is recognized and works well, which is better than the OEM cable, as that NEVER worked, camera could not be recognized at all. But after a few minutes it randomly disconnects from the ASI Air Pro. So I have to re-connect it in the software (not physically). My second cable seemed to have a poor physical connection, I could move it ever so slightly and the camera would always disconnect. But my new cables I ordered do not have that problem. It just disconnects at random without any movement of the telescope, or cable, or anything. Super frustrating when you're trying to get images and this thing is so unreliable. Again, my D500 camera had no issues all night last night. I've tried USB 3 and USB 2. No change. Anyone else having similar problems?
