In the newest beta, im getting "Locate Failed: Code=4" when attempting to refresh location. Does that help anything?

    shadowangel Hi Try the following:

    1. Turn off the WLAN and use the mobile network to locate
2, connect the AIR bridge to a network environment
    2. Temporarily disconnect the AIR, connect to an available WLAN, and then cut back after the location is located

I'm also getting this error on my Android Samsung Fold 3. I'm not understanding the instructions on this. Turn off the wifi on our phone then back on, then we're supposed to connect to our home network router? Can you please restate the instructions more clearly.

I'm having the same problem with S10+ and S22ultra.
disconnecting from asiair's wifi; locating under 4g/5g and reconnecting to wifi sometimes work sometimes no.
Is very frustrating missing such a basic function.
Same error happens on latest beta too

Could ZWO give us an answer about it? this problem has not been solved in the beta, when will it be solved?

FYI, in v2.0, we will fix this problem thru a new API. Thanks for your understanding.

I have received my new ASIAIR plus, ZWO mini guide scope and color camera. I Connected the ASIAIR to my phone Samsung Galaxy A42 5G thru Wifi. That all works. I then select my mount {Celestron AVS} the ASIAIR software does not fill in the GPS data. I need to steps to correct this issue.

I'm running a Google Pixel 7 Pro and the latest asiair plus and I can't get it to work either.

We assume v2 API didn't help?

      Any further updates please?

Hello everyone. For this issue, you can switch the Wi-Fi of your mobile phone to a Wi-Fi that can access the Internet, and then tap the button to refresh the location on the ASIAIR App interface, and then reconnect the Wi-Fi to ASIAIR after the location is successfully obtained.
