My SeeStar is not connecting via WiFi or Bluetooth.
I am using a iPhone 13 Pro running IOS 17.0.2.
I am about 5cm from my SeeStar.
I have both Bluetooth and WiFi enabled on my phone.
I am using password 12346678 for the SeeStar WiFi. This was set in the app.
I allowed my SeeStar app to use location services, Bluetooth, Cellular Data, and Wifi on my phone.
I am prompted to press the reset button on the bottom of the SeeStar.
I show the WiFi network for the SeeStar as connected in my General->WiFi settings.
I tried to connect via the app with the network in Private mode and not. I had my phone forget the WiFi network twice.
I attempted a reset on the SeeStar by holding down the reset button on the bottom of the SeeStar.
I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone.
Please advise if there is something else I should do or if I have a defective unit. Thank you.
