Hi, is Asiair v2.3 working with windows 10, I cannot succeed to connect to asiair from my PC using bluestacks 5?

PMTeam@ZWO - I have used the ASIAir plus for over a year with no issues at all. Wonderful product.....until the recent firmware update. Since the last firmware update, with everything else working fine and no change in my setup and pre-imaging routine, the following issues have come up and I am confident it is due to firmware:

twice my scope has slewed the wrong direction (once into the ground and one directly to my house) when slewing after an accurate and successful PA
on crystal clear nights my guiding has either stopped every couple of minutes or drifted off course after 30 minutes or so
not been able to slew to the accurate coordinates after a successful PA
3 nights of imaging IC 434, each night it slewed to different coordinates and the 3 nights do not align
on 2 occasions tracking completely stopped after meridian flip.
on 1 occasion Dec tracking stopped after about an hour. I restarted calibration/tracking and had to do it several times for it to work properly.
one occasion RA tracking stopped (not sure what time)

Again, no change in any gear or anything for that matter....only the update.

Can you provide a timeframe as to when there will be a fix to this firmware? I am not the only one in our local astronomy club that has had similar issues since the firmware update.

aaronlinderbaum Hello. Regarding the GOTO error, I have the following suggestions:
1) Check if your position and time information are correct on the mount settings page;
2) Take a picture in preview mode, click solve and Sync in the toolbar;
3) GOTO your target to see if it is correct
4) If GOTO is still incorrect, we recommend that you try to make the mount go home, then try GOTO
5) If none of the above works, send us the error log first, then restart ASIAIR to see if GOTO is correct after restart
Regarding tracking being turned off and guiding, you can send us the log after the problem occurs. We need the log to further check the cause. Thank you.

FvY5xe88 I live in Australia, previously there was a red letter box which said 'South' in the bottom right corner. That is now gone, and the when attempting PA, I believe my mount thought it was now in the northern hemisphere as it kept telling me to to decrease altitude by 90 degrees (point into the dirt) my GPS and other coordinates were correct. l uninstalled everything, reset everything. It sat for a week.

If possible, could you provide a screenshot of this interface? This way we can better locate the problem.

FvY5xe88 Additionally, when performing PA with my Canon, every other exposure now fails. I have my camera connected via USB. Wifi/Bluetooth off.

What is your canon model?
Please check the following settings to ensure the ASIAIR can control your DSLR successfully.

Mode: Manual Mode (M)
Drive Mode: Single Shooting
Shutter: Blub
Image Quality: Uncompressed RAW （Only）
Focus Mode: Manual Focus (MF)

If you do not use the shutter cable, you need to turn off [exp with shutter cable] in the app
Users of Sony cameras do not need to perform this step.

Dear ZWO

I use an ASIAIR Plus and an IOptron CEM 60 mount.
After installing ASIAIR 2.3 the ASIAIR will not connect to my mount. I've replaced the cable with a new one and have restarted the IPad that I use with the unit.

Is there a compatibility issue with the CEM60?

I've used the ASIAIR, both the Pro version and the Plus, with no problem for several years.

The CEM60 was purchased and is running the most current firmware, 190716.
It has run flawlessly with the ASIAIR until version 2.3.
Is there a way to revert back to the earlier ASIAIR software?

lenexa145 Hello. We noticed that you are using the latest firmware of CEM60. We checked the relevant logs and found that we cannot obtain the RA and DEC of CEM60 through the interface, so the connection is disconnected. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer of CEM60 to find out whether the driver connection method needs to be changed due to the firmware upgrade. Thank you.

CEM60 Purchased in 2018 and upgraded in 2019.
