ASIAIR disconnects to iOptron CEM40

My ASIAirs could not connect to iOptron CEM40 suddenly . CEM40 can be operated by PC. I have 3 ASIAIR and they have the same problem.
It seemes to have happened after firmware version up to v2.3. Before the version up, the connection between ASIAIR and CEM40 was OK.
Are there anyone who have the same problem?

hoZB1vy6 Hello. We recommend that you download version 2.3.1 to see if the problem can be solved. Currently, version 2.3.1 is in the public beta stage. Here is the download link:

In addition, if you have downloaded v2.3.1 and adding a USB Hub between the CEM40 and ASIAIR Pro does not solve the problem, we also recommend that you try the method in the following link to install and activate an OS we prepared for Pro to see if it can solve the problem, thank you.

I tried version 2.3.1,but the result is the same.
Trying to connect CEM40, "Mount Disconnected" message appeares. How to get error log in this case?

There was an issue a while back where you had to connect the CEM40 to a small USB hub and then the hub to the ASIAIR. You could try that to see if that resolves the issue.

Yes, I know that issue. I recognize it was the issue of new type CEM40. My CEM40 is old type bought in 2020.
I also tried that just to be sure, the result was the same.

It is explained version2.3.1 fixed the issue that the iOptron CEM70 mount could not connect (iOS).
My CEM40 is old type bought in 2020. So I expected to my CEM40's problem is solved, but not so.

PMTeam@ZWO 　I have sent several bug reports on this problem.
Log ID are BT20250221832909A, BT20250221478802A, BT20250221402542A, and I sent a new bug report, BT20250304009322A in ASI Air Plus. The same problem occured in Pro, Plus and Plus-256G. Therefore,
this problem is not caused by USB port or connection cable.

PMTeam@ZWO I tried beta version 2.3.1 too just to be sure again. The result was the same.

Is it mount selection on ASI Air? If so,the situation does not change. I sent a bug report, BT20250305555584A. " iOptron CEM40/GEM45/HAE43 old" worked without problem in previous ASI Air firmware.

hoZB1vy6 I’ｍ sorry. It's my mistake. I forgot to supply power to CEM40. CEM40 works by the latest beta version 2.3.1(41) when I select "iOptron CEM40/GEM45/HAE43 210101+". Thank you very much for your revision

I found CEM40 works with no problem by firmware v2.3, not beta version, when I selected "iOptron CEM40/GEM45/HAE43 210101+". The disconnnection problem seems to have been caused by driver. The old driver worked without problem in previous firmware. Therefore it seems to have been changed CEM40/GEM45/HAE43 driver in v2.3, doesn't it?
Anyway the problem was resolved, thank you.
