My equipment:
ZWO ASI2600MC AIR - firmware version 2.2.2
ZWO EAF - firmware version 3.3.8c
ZWO AM3 - firmware version 1.6.3

At first, I bought a camera and a mount and connected them via Bluetooth. The connection works stably and I did not even try to connect them with a wire. Then I bought an EAF and the first time connecting the EAF to the camera was not correctly, the camera detected the EAF after some time. But then after a long time after the camera's power was turned off, the camera began to detect the EAF worse on all USB ports.
I also tried to connect the mount via wire and it turns out the problem was the same. The camera did not recognize the mount. At the moment, the camera refuses to recognize devices at all, no matter how long it works.

What I did to localization the problem with my camera:

Connected the EAF and mount to the MacOS ASIStudio computer via the original USB 2.0 ZWO cables - everything works fine. The EAF and mount are recognized immediately.
Bought new USB 2.0 cables, better quality, the devices with the camera do not work, with the computer work is fine.
Tried all the ports on the camera, the result is the same, the camera does not recognize the devices.
Changed the power supplies, I have an official ZWO 12v - 5A power supply. I also tried 12v - 6A, 12v - 10A. The result is the same, the camera does not recognize the devices.
Try to connect the devices one by one, the result is the same, the camera does not recognize.

I also know a little about microelectronics and decided to check the functionality of the USB ports using a multimeter. It's pretty easy to do. USB 2.0 has 4 pins. Two pins in the middle are data +- and two pins on the edges are voltage +-. To check the USB ports, you need to set the diode test continuity on the multimeter, then with the camera turned off and without the power supply connected, install one probe of the multimeter on the minus, i.e. on the camera body, or in my case, for example, on the threaded output for connecting the Wi-Fi antenna, and check each pin of the USB port with the second probe. From left to right, the first pin is minus, i.e. the multimeter should signal. The second third pins is data and the multimeter will show the resistance voltage and should not signal. The voltage should be the same. On pin 4 this is the positive voltage, the multimeter should also show the resistance voltage, it may differ from the data resistance voltage, but it should be approximately the same on all other ports. After checking all the ports, I did not find that any of the ports were clearly not working. All the voltage resistance indicators were similar on both the data pins and the positive pins, which indicates that the USB ports are working. I also checked the DC voltage with the camera on, on the positive voltage pins, showed 5.25V, which is within the normal range for USB voltage.

If I understand correctly, the problem may be in the USB HUB controller. As a rule, for such purposes, something like CY7C65642 is installed on the boards, 28 or 48 pins, depending on the required functionality. Or is this some kind of software failure?
I wonder if anyone has encountered such a problem and if so, how was it solved or not solved and the camera is for return?
